Change
Projects can effect change in any
number of factors within an enterprise. Some of
these changes may overlap as factors are often interdependent.
Most changes result from an effort designed to shift a particular
factor. Some arise indirectly; changing one factor affects another.
Some shifts occur just because "change is in the air,"
supported, and encouraged. As an example of the kinds of changes
that can be made the diagram below shows those expereinced by
one client over about a two year period. |
