Multi-factor Change

Projects can effect change in any number of factors within an enterprise. Some of these changes may overlap as factors are often interdependent. Most changes result from an effort designed to shift a particular factor. Some arise indirectly; changing one factor affects another. Some shifts occur just because "change is in the air," supported, and encouraged. As an example of the kinds of changes that can be made the diagram below shows those expereinced by one client over about a two year period.
